Sis

I'm beyond this point, but just too tired to work on it anymore. The nose and lips look strange at the point where I'm stopping. I may not get to work on it now until towards the end of the week, but this is the garage sale weekend and I really need to groom the boys. I want this in
Susan's hands though, this week if possible, next week at the latest. You know, it even photographs very nicely. I sure hope Susan is keep track of this.

Sis

Here's another update....this picture amazes me...she just "is". All I have left that I want to do on it are the nose, mouth, and eye, then I'll add a touch of color. After that, it's up to her owner if I do any more on it. There is no way I could keep this picture...I'll have a print made for my portfolio and I definitely will make up cards etc...this is a beautiful picture.

Sis

A friend, Susan, sent me a photo of her English Setter's 15th Birthday party. The picture was just screaming to be done. Sis is just one of the sweetest, most adorable dogs I've ever met (her owner is just like her too) and I couldn't not resist. Not too many wips on this one, she's drawing herself and moving very quickly. I should have her done this weekend.

The Copper Pelican

I needed to make a birthday card for the Boss. I've had some ideas, but here what I came up with...my only dilemna now is how to get the lettering on there. I used my neat little fiberglass brush tool and then played with the brush...I now have tiny pieces of fiberglass stuck in my thumb and index finger. I'm pleased and will be making a batch of these to put on cards as cover items...they'll only be one of a kind (basically) and they won't be prints when I'm working in the metals.
